Yes, each apparel item comes with care instructions to help you love your product longer.
3. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within United States only.
4. How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.
5. Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged products. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. See below for our return policy.
Return Policy for Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery, with your order number and a clear photo of the defective item.
Once your claim is reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability.
Defective products do not need to be returned unless we specifically request it.
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizes, or general wear and tear.

1. What is Spectrum Connects, and what is the story behind it?
Spectrum Connects is a small family business, offering handmade products that encompass kindness-inspired items as well as other creative crafts. As our son approached adulthood, we aimed to establish a purposeful, structured, and inclusive environment for him. We have channeled our passion for photography and handcrafted artistry into a meaningful daily routine for him. For us, perfection isn’t the goal - participation is. Every small step in this journey is a victory worth celebrating.
2. Is every product fully handmade by your autistic son?
No, and that is okay ! Our son participates in meaningful ways suited to his pace, including tasks such as heat pressing, packing, and other activities he enjoys. We, as a family, celebrate every contribution, regardless of scale.
3. Is Spectrum Connects a charity or non-profit organization?
No, Spectrum Connects is a small, family-run business. We sell our products to support our creative endeavors and provide meaningful work opportunities for our son.
4. Can I customize or request a special order?
At present, we focus on our curated collection; however, we anticipate offering customization options in the future. We welcome inquiries and would be delighted to hear your ideas.
5. How are your products packaged?
Each order is thoughtfully packaged by our family, with our son playing an important role in the packing process under our supervision. Included with every package is a handwritten thank-you note from him, expressing our sincere appreciation for your support of Spectrum Connects.
6. Do you take bulk orders?
As a small family-run business, we currently accept limited orders to work comfortably at our son’s pace. Please contact us to discuss your needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
